I walk 10-12 miles a day at work. How often do I replace my shoes? Every 500 miles. That's about every 8-10 weeks. Want shoes? I've got em. Smelly? ABSOLUTELY. Day 1-5 corn chip. After that we're getting notes of vinegar. Typically wear a size 9 but 8.5-9.5 are also mixed in. Depends on the shoe.
My socks are mostly white no shows. Ultra low, and mid cuts are my favorite but I do have ankle, crew, and boot socks. What's your favorite?
