Not sure what happened with Chris but he was fun to deal with at first. Then he marked my items shipped before shipping, never provided tracking, stopped responding to messages when I asked for confirmation they'd been shipped and items never arrived (and I now assume they were never actually sent). Now I see he's been banned.

In my 4 years on this site, first time I’ve ever had to give a 1-star review.
All was good until I made the payment for the order. Then the dialogue dried up and eventually stopped. No communication, no explanation and no goods. Lost my money. The MTW Admin Team got involved - he didn’t reply to them either, and subsequently, he’s now banned.
With such a positive feedback history, not sure what’s gone wrong here, but sadly now one to avoid, boys
